NDE GPT

Spiritual Data's Custom GPT

Thank you all for your enthusiasm for Spiritual Data’s mission. We’re pleased to announce that Spiritual Data’s database can be accessed via a custom GPT on ChatGPT. Here is the link: https://chatgpt.com/g/g-sKuLZeJrt-nde-gpt

Example of using NDE GPT

This GPT can interact with our vector database which has segments of near-death experiences to provide the most relevant part of each experience. Our database will continue to grow over time, and will include relevant research papers as well. It will also provide links directly to the source.

However, don’t forget that we have our own chatbot as well, and it provides a nicer interface for viewing the data results. Check it out here: https://spiritualdata.org/chat (note: if you see a blank screen, refresh the page)

Both our custom GPT and our chatbot have been carefully prompted to respond in an intellectually humble manner and to focus on the data (including direct quotations). This is useful at times, as I’ve found ChatGPT to be biased towards a mainstream materialism perspective.

IANDS + NDERF

Our database of near-death experiences has grown. While it originally contained about 5000 experiences from nderf.org, we’ve added about 1000 NDEs from IANDS to our collection. That makes about 6000 total.

Spiritual Data is like Google for spiritual experiences, finding the most relevant snippets to answer your burning questions across a variety of sources.

What’s next: Concept AI

I’m excited to be adding millions of research papers and other types of experiences to Spiritual Data’s collection, but the current product is just a small taste of what’s to come. Our core solution is a way to automatically calculate how likely any hypothesis is true based on textual data, including subjective human experience. We’ve decided to call this Concept AI.
